Frank started his career in 1985 as a plumber, learning the trade from the ground up in the Sacramento valley. Those early years were formative — he mastered the technical foundations of water systems, underground plumbing, and construction site discipline that would define his approach for decades to come.

By the early 1990s, Frank had risen to project manager, overseeing complex pool and landscape projects across the greater Sacramento region. He earned a reputation for calm leadership on demanding job sites and a relentless attention to quality that clients and crew alike came to rely on.

In 1997, Frank obtained his California contractor licenses — not just one, but three: C27 (Landscaping), C35 (Plastering), and C53 (Swimming Pool). This triple-license distinction remains rare in the industry and speaks to Frank's comprehensive expertise across every phase of outdoor living construction. Very few builders in Sacramento hold all three.

With over 40 years in the pool industry, Frank has designed and built hundreds of custom swimming pools, outdoor living spaces, and landscape transformations throughout Sacramento, Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and beyond. His deep knowledge of Sacramento's unique clay soil conditions, local building codes, and Central Valley climate considerations ensures every project is engineered to last — not just built to pass inspection.

Frank leads the design process with a hands-on approach — from the initial consultation and 3D design to on-site construction oversight. He attends key project milestones personally, ensuring that what was drawn on paper becomes reality in your backyard. He believes every backyard tells a story, and his job is to bring that vision to life in concrete, water, stone, and light.
